 2 cups Blanched thin green beans or french cut green beans
 ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  cup Creole Mustard (see below)
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 Salt and Ground black pepper to taste
Creole Mustard Recipe (Makes 1/4 cup)
 6 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp Tabasco or similar hot sauce

All ingredients may be adjusted as needed to serving size and taste

1. Combine green beans and onion slices
2. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar and Creole mustard (adjust amount as needed) and mix well
3. Toss Green bean and olive slices with mustard mixture
4. Add additional creole mustard, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
