
1. Prepare cauliflower according to package directions. For fresh cauliflower; chop, then boil or microwave until tender
2. In a bowl mash cauliflower (or pulse in a food processor)
3. Mix in onion, flour, garlic, salt, pepper, hash browns, cheese, and egg.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add 1 Tbls oil, swirl to coat.
6. Scoop 1/4 cup of mixture into the pan.
7. Press down gently to flatten.
8. Cook for 4 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Remove from pan, and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
9. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients for the sauce.
Serve sauce with hot fritters.
