 1 cup Peanut Butter
 1 cup Sugar
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Baking soda
 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips (You can substitute Chocolate chips if you prefer)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together.
3. Add baking soda and fold in peanut butter chips.
4. Spoon 1 inch balls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
