Greek Salad Dressing

 1 cup Olive Oil
 3 tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
 3 tbsp dried oregano
 3 tbsp minced garlic
 1 tsp dried basil
 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp sugar
 ½ tsp ground pepper

1. Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
2. Chill for at least 2 hrs prior to serving for best flavor

For a less oily dressing, reduce the oil to 1/2 cup and increase red wine vinegar to 1/4 cup, plus 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar.
