 2 Avocados - ripe!
 1 Juice of 1 lime (OR lemon) or equivalent from concentrate if necessary
 2 Tomatoes. medium size Roma (Plum) tomatoes work best.
 1 Onion, medium size and chopped finely
 2 cloves garlic, minced (OR 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
 ¼ tsp ground cumin
  tsp cayenne pepper (OR a few drops of hot sauce) to taste

1. Cut the avocado's in half and remove the pit.
2. Remove avocado from skin and place in a mixing bowl
3. Pour lime juice over the avocados and mash with a fork
4. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Serve immediately. If you need to delay serving, place a sheet of plastic wrap directly onto the top of the guacamole dip and press out air to help keep from turning brown.
