Fancy twist on a classic, but easier to make.

 4 Bacon slices
 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
 ½ cup Chedder cheese, shredded
 1 Japaleno, thinly sliced
 Fresh ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, then chop.
3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of Parmesan into a small mound on a large baking sheet and top with about tablespoon of cheddar cheese.
4. Carefully pat down cheeses and top with a jalapeño slice.
5. Sprinkle with bacon and season with pepper.
6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
7, Bake until crispy and golden, about 12 minutes.

Let cool slightly on pan before serving.
