  cup shredded Swiss Cheese or other meltable cheese (tangy cheeses taste best)
 1 12 oz can of corned beef
 ¾ cup sauerkraut, well drained
 ¾ cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  cup Thousand Island dressing
 2 tbsp horseradish or prepared wasabi (optional to taste)
  tsp ground pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Reserve a little of the cheese for topping. Mash the corned beef in a bowl, then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread the mixture in a pie pan or similar shallow baking dish.
4. Top with the reserved cheese.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is bubbling.

Serve as a dip with crackers, tortilla chips, or pita triangles. Or you can spread it on bread or toast cut into bite-sized pieces.
