
1. In a bowl, combine the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic and mix thoroughly.
2. Place scallops in a zip-lock bag and pour half of the sauce mixture over them
3. Allow scallops to marinate for 30 minutes
4. After the scallops have been in the marinade, heat butter in a heavy pan just until melted
5. Place the scallops in the hot pan and cook for approximately 3 min, then turn scallops and cook an additional 2 minutes -- until golden colored.
6. Remove the scallops from the pan
7. Add the other half of the sauce mixture to the pan and stir on low heat until the sauce is warm and thick
8. Add the scallops back into the pan and stir to coat, remove from heat and serve
These pair well when served with risotto, couscous, polenta, stir-fry pasta noodles, or stir-fry broccoli with lemon seasoning
